SEE IT HERE FIRST is a property portal for homes listed by partner estate agents, often before those homes appear on the big national property websites. You can browse, shortlist, set alerts, and book viewings.
Yes. Searching, saving searches, alerts, and requesting viewings are free for buyers. There is no subscription to browse the site.
First Look means a partner agent has listed the home on SEE IT HERE FIRST for a short exclusive window before it goes to the national portals. Exclusive listings show a First Look label and countdown so you can see how long that window has left.
Not every listing is exclusive. After the First Look window, or when an agent chooses, homes also appear on the national portals. The full feed includes both exclusive First Look homes and other live partner-agent listings.

Viewings and negotiations are with the listing estate agent. We show the homes and pass your enquiry to them.
Street, Alto, and Loop. Manual upload is also available.
Most agents are live within a few working days once we have your CRM details and agency account. Street, Alto, and Loop follow a standard path; we confirm timing when we review your signup. Manual upload is available the same day if you need to list sooner.
Yes. You can upload listings manually if CRM sync is not ready yet.
Under the Listing Agreement, listings must arrive here at the same time or earlier than other portals. Listing earlier creates the First Look window for buyers. Exclusive First Look listings show a countdown while that early window is open.
Take the listing wider as you normally would. The agreement requires stock to reach SEE IT HERE FIRST no later than other portals. An exclusive First Look window is what you get when you list here earlier - it is not a requirement to delay the nationals indefinitely.

Buyers find listings through partner-agent sharing, search, alerts, and local coverage pages. Partner agents help promote SEE IT HERE FIRST to buyers and homeowners. We publish seller outcomes such as the First Look case study on this page.
Bona fide estate and lettings agents offering a full agency service. Full eligibility is in the Listing Agreement.
Mortgage and conveyancing partners are the lead types that can generate agent rewards under the Listing Agreement. Removals and other services may appear for buyers; whether they create a reward depends on the agreement in force. Buyers choose those services; you are not required to recommend a specific provider.
Rewards apply to qualifying non-valuation leads generated via the portal from your listed properties - currently mortgage and conveyancing journeys. A reward is payable when the lead results in a successful sale and the portal has received funds from the supplier. Valuation enquiries are not rewarded. Attribution, included lead types, and amounts are defined in the Listing Agreement and may be updated with notice.
Yes. The Agent dashboard includes activity stats so you can show homeowners how listings are performing during and after the First Look window.
Some CRM connections give us wider technical access than the public listing alone. We only store the information needed for the portal to function - typically the same property details you would later add to the national portals. We do not sell or pass your data to competitor Agents. SEE IT HERE FIRST is operated by MRG Technology Ltd (Company No. 16471955).
